无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金的研制
摘要:针对无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金性能要求,拟定共**性体系中原辅材料的配比,经DSC分析及力学性能检测,详细分析了各添加组分对合金热力学性能及机械性能的影响。研究发现:PC:ABS=70:30 (质量比)为基体配比,阻燃剂TPP为10.5%,增容剂MBS为5% ,防滴落剂PTFE 为0.3%时,PC/ABS合金的综合性能优良,可满足电子电气领域的应用要求。

Abstract: halogen-free flameretardant PC/ABS alloy performance requirements, development of blending modification system, the ratio of the Central Plains and auxiliary materials by DSC analysis and mechanical property testing, a detailed analysisof each added component of the alloy thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of the impact. The study found: PC: ABS = 70:30 (mass ratio) as substrate ratio, flame retardants TPP 10.5%, 5% compatibilizer MBS, anti-dripping agent PTFE of 0.3%, PC / ABS alloy comprehensive performance excellent electrical and electronic fields to meet the application requirements.
